Oxford and Simpson Realty Services, Inc. exclusively represented Broadridge Financial Solutions on the leasing of 160,000 square feet office space at Two Gateway Center in Newark, New Jersey. After a very thorough search of both the Jersey City waterfront and surrounding areas, the financial services firm was attracted to the available mass transit options and favorable economics offered by ownership.
