Oxford and Simpson Realty Services, Inc. is delighted to announce the continued occupancy of FINRA (The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).  They will be relocating and expanding at 2 Jericho Plaza, Jericho, New York.  FINRA signed a new lease for 25,000 +/- square feet.  They are the single largest independent regulatory body for securities firms operating in the United States.  FINRA is a not-for-profit organization authorized by Congress to protect America’s investors by making sure the broker-dealer industry operates fairly and honestly.
