After an exhaustive search, Oppenheimer & Company signed a lease for 12,691 SF at Two Jericho Plaza. The company will relocate from 100 Jericho Quadrangle in the 4th quarter of 2017.
Oppenheimer and Company, headquartered in New York, NY, provides personal, institutional, and investment banking services globally. The firm has two Long Island offices, one in Jericho and another located in Melville.
Jericho Plaza is a two-building, 644,000-square-foot Class A office complex which offers numerous top of the line amenities.
