After the acquisition of Community National Bank by Bridgehampton National Bank, Oxford & Simpson Realty Services, Inc. was hired to represent Bridgehampton National Bank (BNB) in the sublease of their corporate headquarters/executive offices located at 400 Broadhollow Road in Melville, New York.  Within weeks of signing the agency agreement, Napoli Skholnik, a well-known personal injury law firm toured the space, and signed a lease agreement soon after, relocating their Great River office to Melville.  Paul Amoruso and Michael Ciotta represented BNB.
